Carrying the rhythms and steering the band in right groove is what his main role is when it comes to performing in a band. Often being dubbed a crooner for his natural vocal styles in jazz standards and oldies, his repertoire does not only confine in those genres. Growing up in the 90's and 00’s, he is well-versed in Poprocks, Boybands, and R&B Mandopops.

Michael Jackson, Michael Buble, Jason Mraz, Jamie Cullum, Jay Chou, David Tao, Lee Hom, Crowd Lu and Nat King Cole are mainly his vocals and music influence. In short, R&B ballads, jazz and rock. For listening pleasure, he dips into classical & movie soundtracks, especially Disney's.

Besides guiding the band with his signature percussive guitar-playing style, he provides backing vocals for his singing partner whenever a song requires for. He appreciates music arrangement that brings goosebump impressions and mood-changing ability; taking one to another realm.
