PA System

If you have confirmed the venue for your wedding vows & ring-exchange, you should be able to know if the venue is also equipped with a PA system for your usage or not. If it is available, then you need not take the package that comes with the PA system provision UNLESS you plan to hire musicians too for the pre and post ceremony. Read on to know what are the crucial roles in making a wedding ceremony lively and sweetly engaging.

BGM Personnel

First of all, we have a BGM personnel that will handle the sound-checking, making sure of the field coverage and a pleasant listening experience. He will be also bringing in our own wireless micing system, as well as our own laptop for the music playback. All BGM are specially curated for the ambience/mood by the garden i.e. serene, nature-like, and light-hearted themed. Not only that, according to different agendas, the BGM personnel will change appropriately accordingly. The mission is to create an almost a movie-like moment during the couple's vows-exchange and throughout the ceremony's happy process, so that one's heartfelt moment shall be engraved beautifully, always vivid in his/her memory whenever one recalls the music.

Ceremony Emcee

Our emcee is also the heart and soul to a successful event of such, where you want your guests to feel at ease, especially on a close-family occasion, greeting the young ones and the old folks in a manner where he/she is warm, happy, courteous and lively too! And it is also important that the emcee is well-versed with the couple's love story, so that he/she is able to articulate their day of love and family union with grace; not second-guessing what is to say and whatnot.

Hence, we make this possible by arranging a meeting-time with the couple to have a little conversation on their general preferences, their favourite music and movies, and their jourrney.

Musicians

And to those who simply love to elevate their event with a touch of elegance, exquisiteness in taste, and simply to make their guests feel like they're welcomed to a 'pampering' occasion, then you are certainly to hire some live musicians to accompany their experience. Example, if you want them to feel honoured, welcome them in a majestic way by having a string quartet playing classical pieces upon their arrivals. If you want them to feel profoundly interested in the topic of love and nature, then having an acoustic musician-singer to deliver some beautifully crafted love songs may do the trick. And plenty more setups to curate depending on your preference of how you would like to welcome your guests.

Coordinator

Even though we do not actually provide this service in our package, sometimes we do work with a day-coordinator too for wedding ceremonies, where we see the following roles as significant too:

• he/she helps to make sure decorations are done neatly on time

• reminders for the B&G (bride & groom) come in a timely manner

• vendor meals are ordered and arranged for

• hotel helpers are briefed well on their duties regarding the refreshment servings

• off-stage communication assistance where the bridal entourage would be guided for timing purposes during the processional march
