CEREMONY PACKAGE'S STANDARD DURATION

0.5 hr – Live band arrives for setup, soundcheck

0.5 hr – Guests' arrival (BGM on) / Live band performance

0.5 hr – The ceremony (BGM on & off) / Live band stand-by

0.5 hr – Post ceremony (BGM on) / Live band performance

10 min – No more performance (BGM on)

VENDOR'S MEAL

The emcee, BGM personnel, and the live band's meal have to be provided by the organiser (bride & groom / planner). A light meal would suffice; e.g. french fries & coffee/tea.

LIVE BAND'S SET DURATION (ONLY IF HIRED)

During the 30-minute guests' arrival period, the BGM is usually played until the Processional March takes place.

Another option would be hiring musician(s) to serenade the arriving guests for 15 minutes in total.

• 15-minute set = 4 songs (before the Processional March)

After the proclaimation of husband & wife, the hired musician(s) shall continue to perform during the bouquet-throw and the photography session that follows.

• 30-minute set = 8 songs (after the Recessional March)
