MAIN PACKAGE'S STANDARD DURATION

1.0 hr – Live band arrives for setup, soundcheck, rehearsal

1.0 hr – Guests' arrival (BGM on) / Live band's meal-time

2.5 hr – Event agendas / Performances / Live band stand-by

10 min – No more performance (BGM on)


VENDOR'S MEAL

The live band's meal (e.g fried rice) has to be provided by the organiser (bride & groom / planner) at least 1 hour before the event agenda begins.


LIVE BAND'S SET DURATION

The more (longer) the agendas are planned for the event, the lesser (shorter) is the live band's performance duration.

• 20-minute set = 5 songs (e.g. of a short set; Set 1 or 2)

• 30-minute set = 8 songs (e.g. of a common set duration)

• 45-minute set = 11/12 songs (typically the last set)

• 60-minute set = 15 songs (e.g. of a long Set 1)

GENERALLY A HOUSE PARTY WOULD BE LIKE:

1.0 hr – PA system & live band arrive for setup, soundcheck

0.5 hr – Guests' arrival (BGM on) / Live band's meal-time

2.5 hr – Meal casually begin / Performances & birthday song (or any special agenda)

0.5 hr – Time extension if having more agendas or encored live band performances  (OT charges apply per 30 min)

10 min – No more performance (BGM on)


VENDOR'S MEAL

The live band's meal has to be provided by the organiser (host) at least 30 min before the live band begin their performances.


LIVE BAND'S SET DURATION

Typically, a live band's performance sets with no particular agendas (besides the birthday song session) is like:

3x 30-minute sets = 25 ~ 30 songs in total

Once the agendas are confirmed, then we are able to gauge whether your event would require the standard 2.5 hr or another 30 min to make it 3.0 hr in total.

VENDOR'S MEAL

The emcee, BGM personnel, and the live band's meal have to be provided by the organiser (bride & groom / planner). A light meal would suffice; e.g. french fries & coffee/tea.


LIVE BAND'S SET DURATION (ONLY IF HIRED)

During the 30-minute guests' arrival period, the BGM is usually played until the Processional March takes place.

Another option would be hiring musician(s) to serenade the arriving guests for 15 minutes in total.

• 15-minute set = 4 songs (before the Processional March)


After the proclaimation of husband & wife, the hired musician(s) shall continue to perform during the bouquet-throw and the photography session that follows.

• 30-minute set = 8 songs (after the Recessional March)

In the actual event, sometimes extra charges may occur due to Overtime, Outstation, Outdoor, Overpax, Public Holiday & Eves, etc.
